Simple Pricing, No Surprises
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. No hidden fees, no pressure to buy something you don't need, just honest help at a fair price.
Given the nature of our business, sometimes what seems like a straightforward problem is actually more complicated than we first thought. Sometimes a very frustrating problem turns out to have an easy solution instead. We will always be upfront and honest about what we think it will take to solve a problem, and we will keep you updated along the way if anything changes.
For common, predictable services, we offer a flat rate. For those that require a deeper dive or with less predictable timelines, we will work on a per-hour basis

If you have a less well-defined problem and just need general computer or device diagnosis and repair, that would fall under this category as well.
